Estimate runtime (hours) = Capacity (Ah) / Load current (A). Example: a 2200mAh (2.2Ah) cell at 0.5A load: 2.2 / 0.5 = 4.4 hours (theoretical, actual lower due to inefficiencies).
For multi-cell packs, imbalance causes reduced runtime and charging problems. Measure each cell under no-load conditions. A difference greater than ~0.05-0.1V at open circuit suggests a need for balance charging or cell replacement.
