Calculate allowable Rsa (sink-to-ambient):
Rsa = (150 - 35)/5 - (3 + 1) = (115/5) - 4 = 23 - 4 = 19 degreesC/W
This means you need a heat sink with thermal resistance of 19 degreesC/W or lower to keep the device safe under full load.
