If you need a permanent, structural bond or potting for moisture protection: consider a low-shrink, two-part epoxy. Verify cure time and whether vacuum degassing is needed for void-free potting.
If you need flexibility or stress relief (vibration, thermal expansion): silicone RTV or flexible polyurethane is preferable.
For quick prototype fixes and small mechanical supports: cyanoacrylate (CA) is fast, but avoid using CA where repeated flex is expected - it can become brittle.
